[tex-live] TeX Live 2011 release available

It would be helpful if not only size of the download but the final
size of installation and the required free space on the partition was
mentioned (roughly). Today installation  on x86_64-linux failed first
and only after around 5GB was provided it was successful (final is
around 3GB)
