[tex-live] xetex-devanagari: tlmgr asked me to report this

Hi Dan,

    I just (about 1:00 CDT, 2011/7/26) did my first update of tl2011

    tlmgr: inconsistency on the server:
    tlmgr: tlp for package xetex-devanagari cannot be found, please report.

Perhaps that coincided with the time that www.tex.ac.uk was rsyncing
from tug.  I see xetex-devanagari.tar.xz and .doc.tar.gz on the UK node
now.  No other ideas come to mind :(.
