[tex-live] TL '11 pretest: tlmgr revision 23009 can't remove unusable bin-software

Hello!

On Mac OS X two sorts of binaries get installed: universal-darwin and  
x86_64-darwin. The latter I can't use, but tlmgr does not allow to  
remove this useless software variant: "not removing <package>.x86_64- 
darwin, needed by <package>". Which is not true. <package> needs the  
universal-darwin variant!
