[tex-live] Many format creation failures

Howdy,

I had many format creation failures in today's update using tlmgr (via TeX Live Utility on Mac). The summary of the failures is:

and it appears that there were many hyphenation files in today's update. The main complaint in the formatting process is a missing file:
