[tex-live] problems with spaces under windows

I'm using german windos, so its a bit difficult - i try to translate:

- right click on the directory
- choose 'properties'
- choose tab 'security'
- click 'more'? (in german 'erweitert')
- choose tab 'owner'
- click 'change'? (in german 'Bearbeiten')
