[tex-live] Missing dependences (fontspec->binhex.tex)

Hi,

I've seen the same problem as described here:
http://czlug.fi.muni.cz/pipermail/texlive/2011-January/000013.html

Basically, fontspec package does not work if kastrup package is not
installed; this is due to fontspec requiring binhex.tex, which is in
kastrup.  The correct dependency is not listed in fontspec
metainformation.
