[tex-live] biber in tl2010 on osx?

Hi there,

tlmgr install --reinstall biber seems to install nothing on osx 10.6.6.
The output in terminal looks like this:

  tlmgr: package repository
  http://ftp.ctex.org/mirrors/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet
  [1/1, ??:??/??:??] reinstall: biber [1k]
  tlmgr: package log updated at
  /usr/local/texlive/2010/texmf-var/web2c/tlmgr.log
  
  the '1k' looks suspecious. I am on osx 10.6.6. No exectuable binary has
  been installed.

And there is no files listed by 'tlmgr show --list biber'.

Ideas?
