Hm, full does not contain or depend on docs?

Note that the licenses of some CTAN packages require that the
documentation be installed together with the input files.  In Debian, we
still split doc packages off, but 

- we did that on a per-collection basis, so that installing the docs for
  the installed packages doesn't bloat your installation

- we still have the doc packages installed by default - it's just that
  the system won't think it's in a broken state if you remove them or
  refuse their installation

But having a "full" package that does not include the documentation
might at least annoy one or the other author.
