[tex-live] problems with ftp.cstug.cz & IPv6

Hello,

I'm having problems running
    rsync rsync://ftp.cstug.cz/tex/

It hangs forever and doesn't do anything. It works fine from home when
I don't have IPv6 enabled, but it hangs from locations where IPv6
works. On the contrary the command
    rsync -4 rsync://ftp.cstug.cz/tex/
runs fine.

Our admin said that there might be problems with IPv6 entries in DNS servers.

Unrelated: what is the original/official source for syncing TL
pretest? From the mirmon it is not trivial to guess and I cannot guess
the addresses of any other rsync server listed there.
