[tex-live] tlmgr broken since upgrading wget

Could it be some change in command line parameters? I can only imagine
that wget does not understand the command line, reports an error and
tlmgr thinks that wget is not installed. tlmgr works on CentOS:

$ which wget
/usr/bin/wget

$ wget -V
GNU Wget 1.10.2 (Red Hat modified)
