[tex-live] Bug report: map file entries for Bookman

Dear Tex Live maintainers,

the map files

texmf/fonts/map/dvips/tetex/pdftex35.map
texmf/fonts/map/dvips/tetex/dvipdfm35.map
texmf/fonts/map/dvips/tetex/ps2pk35.map

contain one exceptional line, where two encodings for a single font are
specified:

pbkdo8y URWBookmanL-DemiBold ".167 SlantFont TeXnANSIEncoding
ReEncodeFont" <texnansi.enc <8r.enc <ubkd8a.pfb

This does not immediately cause problems in TeX but it does in other
software (matplotlib, http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/, which could
produce figures with TeX labels, if it would not trip over the double
encoding).

Since this line is the only one in all my .map files which contains two
encodings, and the other Bookman entries are fine, I think that this is
probably a bug.

I think that I've read about this somewhere in the internet a while ago
but cannot find it any more. Hence, I don't deserve credit for finding
the bug, but could you nevertheless correct it and remove the "<8r.enc"
from the map files?

Thank you,

Daniel Müllner
