Yes, this is a real printed book that you can purchase. So there
is not much that texdoc can do (as Manuel wrote).

Hint for Herbert: you might include in the README a paragraph:
	These files are only useful in conjunction with the
	book ...... as they are presented, explained, and
	discussed there.
