Hi Joel, You didn't do anything wrong that I can see. I believe I updated xpeek in TL before the Catalogue entry was (re)installed with the description you provided to CTAN. The description is in TL now. The next time you update the package, the shortdesc should show up for everyone. All the best, Karl
