[tex-live] texlive 2012 package installation (bug?)

It seems you have two TeX distributions installed, TeX Live from TUG +
TeX coming with your Linux distro. tlmgr will install packages to TeX
Live only, if you wish to have it installed in the Linux distro's TeX,
use your Linux packaging manager.
