[tex-live] hyphenat package

To Whom it may concern:



I have tried to install hyphenat packageby



`tlmgr install hyphenat'





then, at the prompt, entering `R' for run.



It gives me the same errors as I had with the initial file.



Could you please help me learn to install packages safely and correctly?
