An alternative to pointing people to another manpage verbally is to
use the groff .so macro.  It's comparable to TeX's \input and we are
using it in the man/man1/*-sys.1 files already.

The content of texmf/doc/man/man1/updmap-sys.1 is

  .so man1/updmap.1

It saves people a few keystrokes.
