[tex-live] The quattrocento package

I have recently installes the quattrocento package with tlmgr which
autoinstalls the packege.

I have a encountered a problem with the package.

The map file is not read/added/enabled by updmap.

The following works with pdflatex, but it doesn't work without the
\pdfmapfile line.

\usepackage[T1]{fontenc} %
\usepackage{quattrocento} %
\pdfmapfile{=quattrocento.map}

\begin{document}
Hello World!
\end{document}
