[tex-live] Bidi is gone!?

I apologise for this to everyone. I asked the CTAN maintainers to remove some of my packages for the reasons I have had. I absolutely understand that this is selfishness on my part and I dearly apologise for it. Please wait for a while; I am trying to resolve the issue and will upload bidi once again on CTAN once the issue goes away. I explained my reasons for doing this to CTAN maintainers but if you require to hear my explanation, please write to me and I will give you my reasons for doing that.
