Today infra self update failed again and I had to run
update-tlmgr-r29872.exe. After that tlmgr update --all worked fine.

updmap-sys created the map files. But now I observe the following
glitch: When I try to disable belleek.map I get

updmap says that the map is not present but it is definitely present in
c:/programme/texlive/2013/texmf-dist/web2c/updmap.cfg. The same happens
with any other map that I tried.
