[tex-live] error updating babel-italian

Hi all,

I tried a full update today but tlmgr fails whit babel-italian:

/home/texlive2013/bin/x86_64-linux/tlmgr: 
create(tlpkg/tlpobj/babel-italian.tlpobj) failed: Permission denied at 
/home/texlive2013/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLPOBJ.pm line 552.

Line 552 says:

open(TMP,">$tlpobjdir/$self->{'name'}.tlpobj")

I'm on an Arch Linux x84_64, last update might be some weeks ago. The 
script is run as non-root user, but the whole texlive2013 folder is 
owned by that user.

What am I doing wrong? …
