Hi all,

I understand that people do not have fast internet at home. It is also
my case and a few years ago it was even worse. Yet I do not download
the ISO image. I do the network installation at work because I have
gigabit connection. Installation from the closest mirror takes about
10 minutes. I select all platforms I need. Then I bring my notebook
and copy the hole tree to it (or to USB disk). Finally I copy the tree
to my home computer. I have not tried tlmgr postaction in order to
activate the copied tree on Windows but I believe it works.
