i'm slightly bemused by the context contributed stuff, anyway. i was
asked to mirror it to ctan (it's in ctan-unfriendly layout), but it
seems a tiny selection. (surely, with such a large user base, context
has lots of contributed packages, even allowing for the famous
brilliance of hans in designing a system that's all things to all men.)

whatever, we get this tiny set mirrored to ctan, and since the licence
is "ok", it gets texlive-ified. once that happens, the name clashes
start to appear.

which is all very sad. particularly considering that the latex fixme
came along earlier than the context one :-(
