[tex-live] TeX Live 2012 repository for tlmgr?

TL 2012 was frozen sometimes in May so if you updated regularly, tlmgr
update will do nothing. I can understand reasons for not using TL 2013
now but you must be aware that bugs in TL 2012 (if any, i know about
one in my package) will not be fixed.
