[tex-live] Powerdot removal?

there was a licensing issue (the author had found unauthorised changes
made to the package).

we (ctan team) decided to remove the package, pending correction.

the author has now relented, so that i shall be restoring the package
in an hour or so's time (aren't snapshots wonderful -- sadly they don't
go back before the assumed date of the corruption).

aiui, a revised version is in any case expected sooner rather than
later.
