[tex-live] Utah CTAN and TeX Live mirrors down part of Thursday 16-Apr-2013

Due to construction work on lower campus that requires a several-hours
long power shutdown beginning at midnight Wednesday 15-Apr-2013 local
time (GMT/UCT - 7 hours), the Utah sites at

	ctan.math.utah.edu
	ftp.math.utah.edu
	www.math.utah.edu

will be offline until sometime during the morning of Thursday
16-Apr-2013.

Although our machine room has a UPS and an outside diesel generator,
the air-conditioning system does not have emergency power, so we
cannot continue to run during a many-hours-long power outage because
the room temperature would soon climb to 35C+, endangering equipment.

Our machines will therefore be powered down just before midnight
Wednesday, and brought back up Thursday morning once power has
stabilized.
