[tex-live] Where is the root dir of my Tex Live installation

I have installed from that Link:

http://tug.org/texlive/
the installation over internet.
But tlmgr was not installed.

Now I have downloaded an install package to install tlmgr.
The lines I put in my last mail where from that installation.
To finish it I should know where the root directory of my TEX
Installation is.

"where does this 'runme.sh' come from?"
 From the installscript of tlmgr.

I have found some directories belonging to TEX Live but dont know which
is the necessary root dir.

Gerald
