[tex-live] Fixing tlmgr errors: Unknown docfile tag

Dear all, 

as said, for a short period a few days ago a broken tlpdb escaped
into the wild.

If you are stuck with a tlmgr that on most operations says something like:
Unknown docfile tag:
 texmf-dist/doc/latex/pythontex/pythontex_quickstart.pdf details=""Quick
start" documentation" at
/usr/local/src/texlive/texlive/2013/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLPOBJ.pm line 127, <TMP>
line NNNNNN.

The you have two options to fix it:
* get the update-tlmgr-latest.sh or .exe from 
  http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/
  and run it. After that further tlmgr invocations should succeed.

* open your texlive.tlpdb (located in .../2013/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb)
  with a text editor, go tot line NNNNN (that NNNNN that is given 
  at the end of the error message, see above). You should see a line
	 texmf-dist/doc/latex/pythontex/pythontex_quickstart.pdf details=""Quick start" documentation"
  change that line to look like
	 texmf-dist/doc/latex/pythontex/pythontex_quickstart.pdf details="Quick start documentation"
  (do *not* remove the initial <space>, only remove the two " characters
  around 'Quick start')
  and save the file.
  After that further tlmgr invocations should also succeed.
