[tex-live] install-tl-advanced starts with Virus announcement: Heur/APC(Cloud) in perl.exe

For peace of mind I suggest checking that the files in tlpkg/tlperl/bin are
identical to "known good" versions (e.g., copy the files to non-Windows
machine and compare with a freshly downloaded versions there).   You should
be able to
get them directly from CTAN:systems/texlive/tlnet/tlpkg/tlperl/bin/
