[tex-live] arcs package bug

Hi,
I can't  send an email to arcs package author. Mail was rejected. Maybe, 
someone
could pass that problem to him.

arcs package uses relsize.sty and in TL2014 relsize package is changed.
Problem is that \rs at size@warning from new version needs three parameters.
And in arcs package  \rs at size@warning is set to eat two parameters:
    \let \rs at size@warning = \@gobbletwo

So now one parameter goes to output. Can it be fixed while TL2014
is not frozen?
