[tex-live] Package name of dvipdfmx cause warning messages

Hmmm ... the obsolete version of the sources is the the tree of TeXLive 2013
and the bug report here was exactly for this version.

Maybe it would be a good idea to announce a official freeze including a tag
for the source tree before announcing a new TeXLive version.  Then there is
a clear base which can be downloaded and that we can discuss ;)
