[tex-live] Install file of the TL should have unique name

I just think it is a bad message to send to users that in order to install you need to install this an this program to get the installation to work on windows.

Imagine what that user is going to tell his or her friends about the installation of TL (they will not know this is not the 'standard' way in which to install TL)

I'm not saying Denis' solution isn't great, it looks very interesting. I'm going to try it out to see if the transfer is faster.

There is also the transplant script I made earlier, that might be even faster if it wasn't for the massive time it takes to transfer files from USB to HD on Windows (in this case a ZIP) plus the time it takes to unzip. 
I haven't had a chance to use it myself as I'm not involved in the student mass-installation.

I think that nobody can describe the situation better than a colleague
of mine: He proudly said "My son can't read or write yet, but he's
using Windows already."
