[tex-live] Problems with non-7bit characters in filename

Then I would suggest that you pass the arguments through a temporary
file to your script and so avoid the hassle with command lines, bash
and how they and the various tex system handle non-ascii input. 

If you sent me some test files in a zip I can run them on windows
and miktex.
