[tex-live] Crash on Windows XP (perl.exe)

Hi everyone,

I did not use a scanner, I just ran the installation within a Virtual Box.
I suppose the error was in tk.dll.

I ran the installer again (had a few more tar errors or broken downloads)
but finally managed to get it installed.
