[tex-live] ctan.elena.aut.ac.nz mirror not listed in MiKTeX manager

i don't know.

however, it seems that it last updated its holdings in march.  something
that old won't be accessible via mirror.ctan.org -- which is why it
doesn't work for tex live updates (and for mactex, i think).
