[tex-live] fmtutil in TL 2015

Hi all,

sorry for this message, fmtutil failed only on one of my computers because
I forgot to copy the new fmtutil.cnf to it. If the directory contains both,
I get the warning but the new fmtutil.cnf is found and used. I have just
succesfully recompiled an old book with TL 2015.
