None revision line contains "+" in my texlive.tlpdb. Today's update 
warning:

Argument "37058+" isn't numeric in numeric lt (<) at 
C:/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl line 2237.
Executing action update

after updating infra (tlperl.win32 37064->37085) and restarting tlmgr
other updates (66) went well.
