[tex-live] Compiling from source

Master/bin/archname directories exist in the TL subversion repository.
If you want to supply your build to be usable by other, the binaries
should be there and should be committed to the repository. If you
build it just for yourself, your binaries should be in
/usr/local/texlive/2014/bin/archname because texmf.cnf is searched in
a directory relative to the location of the binaries.
