[tex-live] inclusion of pdf figures in tex-live 2015

    Is this a change in the xdvipdfmx driver config?

Probably, though not something explicitly/intentionally done.  I'll take
a look when I can, if Akira doesn't get there first.  I don't recall
changes in the automatic EPS->PDF conversion we enabled several years
ago, but it seems like that would be the area.
