[tex-live] inclusion of pdf figures in tex-live 2015

Dear list,
As simple user, I would like to note the need of a fix ASAP. I spent a couple of hours with a pdf figure that did not appear and only because I am registered on this list, the connection came to my mind. I am working with Photoshop and creating PDF and accepting the normal settings. As user, I may not know anything about the warning of having PDF 1.5 in XeLaTeX. But I still prefer to have the warning like in MacTeX 2014 but having the file compiling. As David said, someone else may think that there is something wrong with their working files.
