[tex-live] Each of the png files from notes contains two png streams

Hi,

the 2015 tarball contains the three files hand.png, info.png, and warn.png
in the directory
texlive-20150523-texmf/texmf-dist/tex/latex/notes

Due to a bug in Transfig, each of the three files contains the intended
graphic and after the end of each png stream, there is another one (blank),
which usually does not cause any problems. In other words, there is garbage
after the intended end of file that is just plainly ignored by most programs.

Still, it is probably desirable to fix it. The CTAN archive does not contain
the png files, but the source xfig files. So I guess the distribution is the
place to fix it. The Transfig bug has been fixed in 3.2.5e, so regenerating
the png files with a new version of Transfig/Xfig should do the job. Of course
just truncating the files also works just fine (I have attached truncated
versions), but regenerating might be a cleaner way.
