[tex-live] Gregorio integration

Dear all,

Gregorio 4.0 reached beta stage, and I would like the final version to
be the one integrated in TeXLive 2016 if possible.

The gregorio binary is using kpse if available (see the configure.ac
file for the way it does) so I hope it can reach the
shell_escape_commands. Is there a way to test the integration into
TeXLive, especially the compilation? If it's only compiled for Windows,
i386, amd64 and osx, it's very fine with me, I don't think porting
Gregorio to more confidential or exotic systems is worth it if it
requires a rewriting of big parts of Gregorio...

Of course I know you're all very busy, but if someone is willing to
integrate it, I'd be glad to help as much as I can by explaining the
code structure, the compilation process, etc.
