[tex-live] automatically print dvi files to a printer on windoze

The various PDF viewers have different inteterfaces, så it is not always easy to get right.

The interface for each program slaos varies on each platform.....

Yes, I tried to make sure that such options are not enabled.  Perhaps
I'm better off with a different PDF viewer --- there are so many options ...

I'll give PDF another try --- I have barcodes on the labels now ...
