[tex-live] \"\i causes problems with texlive 2015

It has nothing to do with latex and inputenc. The problem is with
biber. biber reads the bib and creates the bbl, and in the course
translates the commands to utf8 chars. \"a -> ä, and
Ad{\'e}la{\"\i}de is converted to Adélaı̈de.

There has been other problem reports with the new biber regarding
this translation. Normally is it better to use utf8 in the bib
instead of commands.
