[tex-live] [Bug] Misplaced file in europasscv package installation

Dear all,

during the installation of the europasscv-package [1] via
	# tlmgr install europasscv

the file is installed as
	texmf-dist/doc/latex/europasscv/europasslogo2013.pdf

however, it should be (in my opinion) placed within
	texmf-dist/tex/latex/europasscv/

instead, since it is directly referenced and required by
the respective document class and leads to a document
compilation error otherwise.
