[tex-live] tl15 final build

What I hope will be the final build of TL'15 is now in the pretest
area.  mactex*pkg will be correspondingly updated by tomorrow.

Now there is the customary pause while the full TeX Collection DVD is
prepared.  When that is complete -- hopefully a couple of weeks at worst
-- and the image is finalized for manufacturing, we'll make the public
release of TL and MacTeX.

Of course, bug reports are still welcome, but only truly horrible
breakage will be cause for rebuilding.  Anything else can wait for when
regular updates resume.
