[tex-live] ConTeXt in TeX Live

At present there's nothing to force a rebuild, but it might happen.
I have no way of knowing, it's essentially up to Manfred and Klaus.

In any case, whatever happens for the release, it would be nice to have
it fixed in the first batch of updates, as you say.  Release a new
current with just that bug fix and I'll grab it then, if it doesn't
happen before?
