Yes, TLPaper.pm needs to be updated.  Thanks for the report.

Norbert, the stuff we discussed and you did earlier changed again, so
should probably be ripped out.  Please see the tex-ini-files package
-- there's a new .dat file now.  I'm guessing you can take it from
there, but of course let me know if there's anything more we need to
figure out :).  Thanks, K.
