[tex-live] sizes differ errors

Downloaded tl-install-unx.tar.gz from 

http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/texlive/tlpretest/

tar zxvf tl-install-unx.tar.gz
cd install-tl-20160418
sudo ./install-tl --repository ftp://ftp.math.utah.edu/pub/texlive/tlpretest/ (or others)

On two Centos7 systems.

Approximately 1 in 20 packages had size errors.  I also tried 

--no-persistent-downloads

but same issues.
