    Also, it might be advisable to add a note near the links for the older 
    releases mentioning the need to change the year in that last line to 
    match the release you're trying to register.

Thanks for the report.  I'm sure that Norbert will fix it when he's back
in action (think he's en route across the globe at the moment) ... -k
