[tex-live] Rotating package

In order to understand the process of the rotating package, I read the
documentation. The authors claim that there is a file examples.tex,
however I cannot find it in texlive 2016. I checked the documentation
and the directory of rotating.sty. There is also no subdirectory where
it might be hidden. The docu is from july 12 2016. Can you please help?
